To secure your place on the event, a deposit payment is required. We strongly recommend booking only if you are fully committed to attending, as deposits are non-refundable unless your place is cancelled by us. Once your deposit has been received, your booking will be confirmed, and an invoice for the remaining balance will be issued. This balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the event start date. If booking within this 6-week period, full payment will be required at the time of reservation.
